Mona lives joyfully with her forever husband and  partner, Frank, in the beautiful Adirondack Mountains & forests, where she finds her inspiration and counsel.  She has 9 incredibly kind and free-thinking humans that are her children along with her 7 equally incredible grandchildren. She has had the honor of caring for and interacting with many more children in her community.  Mona knows that her renewed connection to the “magic” will always come from the children.  She is blessed with the abundance of love that comes with a bigger family.  

Mona feels that she was born with the direction that her true joy would be in caring for others.  This direction has taken her to many interesting places as she has traveled her life so far.  She has been a mother and home educator for her children.  She has been a La Leche League Leader in her community when her children were younger.  She is a Mindfulness Teacher, a Parent Educator, an Early Childhood Educator and Child Care Provider. 

Part of caring for people for Mona includes the work of Energy and Spirit.  Mona calls these practices, Spirit Mending.  She is an Ordained Minister, a Reiki Master, an EFT Clinician, and an End of Life Doula.  

The constant thread that runs through Mona's life in caring for others has been her delight in feeding people.  Mona is a pastry chef, personal chef, line cook, caterer, and a “ cookie fairy”.  She has run her own businesses for many years.  Mona looks forward to this life of service and joy.
